The chef must be able to lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are cooked on time, at the highest quality, and with utmost care for hygiene regulations. They must also ensure that food costs are kept low, and portion sizes are adjusted accordingly.
The chef should have experience serving customers and understanding their needs and expectations. The chef should also understand nutrition and diet plans so that they can provide nutritious meals to customers.
The chef must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with difficult
customers or situations
